Overwhelmed by Accumulation
001

“Laura” and “Charles” live in this cute bungalow.

Charles got sick and Laura took care of him. Eventually, it got to be too much work for Laura; she started having trouble keeping up with the housework and taking care of Charles. And when Charles was hospitalized, Laura had even less available time and energy.

Things started to pile up in the home, in all of the rooms and upon all of the surfaces.

This is a “before” photo of the steps leading from the back door into the kitchen.
003

Here is a “before” photo of the kitchen, that over time had become so crowded that cooking had become impossible.

The kitchen table is in this “before” photograph.

005

The bedrooms had become so full of accumulated items and debris, that the “stuff” was overflowing into the hallways, as shown in this “before” photo.

006

Because the home had become so cluttered; the bedrooms were unusable, therefore, the couple had taken to sleeping in their living room, which is shown in this “before” photograph.
When CNH was hired, Charles was due to come home from the hospital in 4 days, and the goal was to make the home habitable for the couple and a new live-in caregiver.

CNH was hired and went to work:
CNH turned this kitchen… into this kitchen.

CareNhome took on the task and made this home safely habitable in only 4 days.  The trash was removed, the house was cleaned, new carpeting installed, and the necessary hospital bed for Charles was delivered and set up.  A caregiver was hired; a new bed was ordered for the caregiver’s bedroom and installed. Everything was ready on time when Charles was released from the hospital!

With Life Care Innovations and CareNhome working side-by-side, Charles and Laura’s health care and home needs were seamlessly solved.
